By submitting a completed brief and making payment, you agree to these terms.

Work only begins once both a completed brief and successful payment have been received.

Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are not available once work has started.

Completed briefs cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

Delivery for Thinkmate is by close of business on the next working day after payment has been received and a completed brief has been submitted.

Timelines for Creative Assist services will be communicated before work begins.
